In-Person Therapy (High Street Kensington)

Meet Giovanni

There are times when it feels as if something is missing or all is lost, sunny days are misty and cold, crowded places are lonely, thoughts are too painful to have or do not flow. Anxiety, panic or fears can also cast a dark shadow on our days.

Psychotherapy can help you explore your emotional and relational experiences to gain clarity and self-awareness. The process is organic and often explores many themes, but its essential thread is your experience of being in the world. Through empathic understanding, presence and dialogue, we can work together to make sense of this thread. As the therapeutic process unravels, it will take a different direction for every individual allowing each one to gain awareness and develop a more affirmative sense of self and life.

Training and Experience

My practice is informed by a 5-year first class degree in philosophy and a 7-year MA course with BCPC (Bath Centre of Psychotherapy and Counselling).

I have trained and practiced with Cruse bereavement care, DHI which focuses on addiction and On Track which offers therapy for young people.

Prior to devoting myself to a career in mental health, I worked for over 30 years in the rapid world of international finance. This enables me to bring a unique perspective on some of the challenges and anxieties inherent in the intense and competitive corporate environment.

Currently I practice psychotherapy in Gloucestershire, Bath and London. I am member of UKCP and abide to its code of practice. I work in English and Italian.
