Online Therapy

Meet Tatiana

You may be someone who appears capable and together on the outside, but internally you find yourself overthinking, second-guessing yourself or feeling overwhelmed by relationships and the expectations of others.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and challenging family dynamics. You may find yourself constantly worrying about what other people think, struggling to set boundaries, putting other people's needs before your own, or repeating patterns in relationships that leave you feeling frustrated, anxious or disconnected from yourself.

Sometimes there isn't one obvious problem. You may simply feel stuck, overwhelmed or unlike yourself, and want a space to understand what is happening and make meaningful changes.

How I work

I am an integrative psychotherapist with additional postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This means we can explore both what is happening in your life now and the experiences and relationships that may have shaped the way you think, feel and relate to others.

My style is warm, engaged and collaborative. Where it is helpful, I will ask questions, offer observations, introduce psychological ideas and use practical CBT techniques alongside deeper exploratory work.

For me, therapy is not only about understanding why a pattern exists. It is also about helping you change the patterns that are no longer serving you.

I have a particular interest in anxiety and overthinking; perfectionism and fear of failure; people-pleasing and difficulties setting boundaries; low self-esteem and self-confidence; relationship and family difficulties; co-dependency; separation and significant life changes; burnout and feeling overwhelmed.

I also have experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, miscarriage, postnatal difficulties and birth trauma, as well as working with bereavement, including the particular complexity of losing someone to suicide.

Every client is different, so our work will be tailored to you rather than following one rigid therapeutic model.

Starting therapy

Choosing a therapist can feel daunting, particularly if you haven't had therapy before or previous therapy hasn't felt right for you.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. Simply an opportunity for you to tell me a little about what has brought you to therapy, ask me any questions and get a sense of whether you feel comfortable talking to me.

If we both feel that I am the right person to support you, we can arrange an initial session and take things from there.
